Mom just posted an update at Charysse’s blog about the surgery. You can read it here.

Lunch, two long games of Catan and six hours later, we’re still waiting. We expect that Charysse will be out of surgery in the next 1-3 hours. So far the doctors reports have been uneventful. We like it that way.

We got here at 7:30am PST and Charysse just went in for surgery a few minutes ago, 11am. We now wait another 8 or so hours for the surgery to be completed. Pray for us…it’s going to be a long day.
